Eliana’s help and empathy, in particular, were way beyond the call of duty. During the sale of our house, she and Meiling were incredibly efficient, taking care of every detail and making the whole process (including our move) as smooth as possible. They were absolutely top-notch!

I just wanted to share how completely impressed I have been with Eliana's handling of, especially the sale of our Walmer Rd. place. Wow - she did such a masterful job with every detail of the process, which, as I'm sure you know, turned out not to be so straightforward. I know she learned from the best, but she also has a style all of her own, and I have really appreciated how incredibly intuitive she was starting with finding a new home for me (truly an amazing fit) and also guiding and supporting me through every step of a very stressful journey at a very trying time in my life - the timing was not great, but in the end it worked out. Eliana is such a great communicator and so empathic. It made difficult decisions easier to take. I also still cannot believe how relatively quickly the house sold when there have been large houses lingering on the market (including 2 on Walmer Rd itself). It truly is a tribute to her hard work and savvy - I am so glad that the two transactions were successful for her as she deserves no less after all this dedication and effort. I know that you and Henry must be so proud of her - she surely ranks among the best realtors in Toronto now - and has remained such a lovely, lovely person (not letting all that success or pursuit of sales go to her head.
